Neuroplasticity: the brain’s ability to reorganize itself throughout its life. So, 23 days comes from the idea that you should load for two days in order to get your body into that fat burning mode. And then, you should do the Skinny Up!® protocol for 21 days in order to create that new neuropathway in order for your brain to not go back to where you began. The question gets asked: Can I do the Skinny Up!® protocol for less than 23 days? Skinny Up!® Reduce weight loss drops are certainly a healthy way to lose weight quickly, even if you don’t go for 23 days. Most of the time, people are looking to drop a few pounds, say 5-10 pounds, before an important event or get-together. Skinny Up!® is a great way to get that done. Will the weight stay off? That depends on you and your lifestyle. If you are getting onto the scale everyday and using steak days when necessary, going through the Retrain Phase faithfully, then yes.
