Shipping and Returns



Currently, Skinny Up!® is only available to customers in the United States, and all US orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business day, although we are not able to guarantee shipment dates.

Skinny Up!® ships products to physical addresses using FedEx and USPS. All FedEx and USPS shipping will include email tracking. Products shipped to PO Boxes will use USPS.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will go out that same day, while orders placed after 2:00 PM MST are not guaranteed to be shipped until the next business day. Customers should note that FedEx does not work on Saturdays, so Saturdays are not included as business days.

Overnight Shipping is available, but is rather pricey. If you are looking for overnight shipping rates, please call our team at (970) 449-4141.

Skinny Up!® offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for products. Just send the products back to us, and we will refund the credit card used to pay! If purchased in a package, customers may return  individual bottles of Skinny Up!® product and the Skinny Up!® Team will refund your credit card with the appropriate amount.

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee begins on the date of purchase, and to receive credit for returns, all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No postage COD’s (Cash on delivery) return shipments will be accepted. They will be returned to the sender.

To return a package, please include your bottles along with your name so that we can look up the order. Returns can be sent to: Skinny Up!®, 123 S. Cleveland Ave., Loveland, CO 80537.

Return shipments must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date in order to qualify for a refund.

We’re confident that you’ll love Skinny Up!®. If you’re having trouble, we’d love the chance to speak with you to help and encourage you along the way. If, however, it simply is not a good fit, just send back the bottles within 30 days of purchasing and we’ll refund your card.
