Why 23 or 40 Days on the Skinny Up!® Protocol?

Why 23 days? Why 40 days? These are common questions when people use the Skinny Up!® weight loss drops, Reduce. Can I go for fewer than 23 days? Can I do the protocol for longer than 40 days? The reasoning behind these dates comes from research done about the amount of time it takes to form a habit. A more scientific way of saying that would be that it takes 21 days for the brain to create new neuropathways. This is called neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity: the brain’s ability to reorganize itself throughout its life. So, 23 days comes from the idea that you should load for two days in order to get your body into that fat burning mode. And then, you should do the Skinny Up!® protocol for 21 days in order to create that new neuropathway in order for your brain to not go back to where you began. The question gets asked: Can I do the Skinny Up!® protocol for less than 23 days? Skinny Up!® Reduce weight loss drops are certainly a healthy way to lose weight quickly, even if you don’t go for 23 days. Most of the time, people are looking to drop a few pounds, say 5-10 pounds, before an important event or get-together. Skinny Up!® is a great way to get that done. Will the weight stay off? That depends on you and your lifestyle. If you are getting onto the scale everyday and using steak days when necessary, going through the Retrain Phase faithfully, then yes. We would expect you to keep the weight off, even if you were actively losing it for only a short time period. Can I go longer than 40 days on the Skinny Up!® protocol? It depends.

Your body has been working incredibly hard.

You see, the body is working incredibly hard to consume the stored nutrition that has been tucked away in the visceral fat cells for years and years. At the same time, it is working hard to process and get rid of toxicity that has also been stored in those cells. If you have only a few pounds left to lose, you could keep going for another week or less. Keep in mind, though, that you will still be doing the Retrain Phase. This means that you will continue to stay away from sugar and starches. Many people lose another few pounds during this time even though that isn’t necessarily the goal. If you have more than just a few pounds, though, we’d recommend stopping at the 40 day mark, doing your Retrain Phase, and then doing another round of Skinny Up!® Reduce. This will ensure that your body stays well rested and stress free. You can continue with that pattern: Reduce, Retrain, Reduce, Retain… until you reach your target weight. You are worth it, friend. Work hard and stick with it. You will reap the benefits of your efforts. We are so for you!
