The deluxe package sounds like a diet plan I was on, NJ Diet. I lost 40 pounds in 42 days using a similar drop protocol. Along with a very strict food diet. I kept the weight off for several years then I changed to gain a little back for more muscle. Ooops!! Now I have to loose about 20 lbs. I still have all the diet and procedures in a book and I’m going to buy the deluxe package. The other way was too expensive.

This product works if you respect the protocol! The protocol is very very strict especially the part of not putting oil in your food, for me that was the hardest part, but it helped me lose 5 pounds because I wasn’t so constant. I will try it again now that I know how it works. I recommend it if you can eat food without oil!
